    pulev is out i bet...

i said it several times that pulev is in chris byrd limbo. nobody will fight him because of the high risk\low reward. yes if fury beats pulev he gets a title shot but the adamek payday could be too much to pass up. not to mention fury could give up his IBF#2 spot & go the WBC route after an adamek fight(if he wins). he is next in line for a final eliminator after beating kingpin last year in a WBC elimination bout. he has a better shot at beating a faded adamek then a prime pulev & a klitschko would still be on the horizon. i feel bad for pulev because all the other top contenders are commercial draws(haye, fury, adamek, etc)& nobody wants to lose to pulev. if fury were to lose to pulev he would not only lose a title shot & huge payday but his ranking would drop in the WBC as well so why would he risk a pulev fight? fury can still draw on his own & get a voluntary shot much like haye & adamek or he can wait out the WBC fight between stiverne & vitali. a loss to pulev would cripple fury's, haye's & adamek's maximum drawing power. pulev will have to wait for his opportunity for a vacant belt much like lennox lewis & chris byrd did early in his their careers. hennessey did say the pulev fight would happen if it is COMMERCIALLY VIABLE ...in otherwords it isn't happening. if fury doesn't fight pulev i hope the IBF does the right thing & names pulev the mandatory...

He has wins over Arreola, Chambers, they're better than anyone on Fury's resume....

I want Pulev vs Fury too, but let's not pretend that against Adamek he would be some big favourite. Pole is faster, has much more better chin, tons of experience and throw a decent combos. Also if Cunningham knocked Fury down and rocked him, Adamek has the power to KO him. I agree Adamek is past prime but even that version of him could've been enough to beat the big but slow and chinny Brit.

        Lmao...

Funny that you mention Chambers after gmc_rfc finished mentioning his gift vs Cunningham. Chambers beat Adamek 1handed, that should be enough to tell you where Adamek is in his career. So in a reality, Adamek has gotten 2 gifts almost back to back.

Like I said I completely agree that Adamek is way past his prime, but I wouldn't scratch him against Fury right now. Also he beat Chambers fair and square I don't know what're you talking about, it wasn't a gift, the fight just could've gone either way

If you thought it couldve gone either way fair enough but when you go life n death vs a guy with 1 arm then idk what to tell ya. The guy literally used 1 arm.

So? I already said couple of times that Adamek is past prime. But you can't compare Chambers to Fury, Eddie is much more faster and and has really good defence. Style makes fight, that's all.

Was surprised when it seemed like he was willing to face Pulev. Not so surprised now.

He got injured and outworked, therefore he lost. He would win with two hands, no questions there, but it didnt happen. Cunningham fight was also close. At least Adamek is fighting top contenders. Cunningham was also ahead in the scorecard agains Fury despite Fury using illegal moves all night long, I dont know where does the Fury and Price hype come from, Fury will get beaten just as Price did eventually, he would be a favorite against Adamek but Pulev beats him ez. Also 2010 215 lbs Adamek would beat him as well, this heavy and slower version not so much.

                  He is also an idiot.

I think if he fights Adamek it will play out like the Cunningham fight. Where he will use his size and illegal moves to win. I think Adamek's jab will make it interesting but I don't expect him to win. I wish he would but I don't think so.

Obviously Adamek is way past his prime and he is a small heavyweight. Even with those disadvantages I still give him a hell of a chance of beating Fury.
