Okay no one wants to see it right now, but in 6-8 months people will be crying out for it and it would probably do an even bigger gate.
I want to see it, give kessler a bum to smash up and froch fight maybe groves then meet up early next year. Ward can fight Anthony mundine and sakio Bika in Oakland

Groves too if i'm honest,he's a fighter on the up and is clearly talented but not quite ready for an experienced guy like Kessler if you ask me

Yes. I just remember Andrade whooping Stieglitz and Kess took Andrade to town lol..You're right about Groves not being ready. Too much exp for Kess, i think.

I mean if you are handling Groves and are confident in him then i think its a good fight to make,i mean if Groves if was able too stop Kessler (unlikely i know) he would have done something Calzaghe,Ward and Froch weren't able too

There are still fights for Mikkel of course, but it's from the perspective that he won't be a top 168 fighter again he needs to retire. He can't beat Froch and Ward at this stage. Maybe a couple of paychecks as some pointed out in Groves and Stieglitz and that's it. He's had a solid career. A third Froch fight is huge money of course, so who knows, it might happen. But another Froch defeat damages his legacy IMO.

I saw Groves fight Degale, but to be honest i haven't seen much of him..Looks to be nimble on his feet with pretty good handspeed and footwork from what i saw. Not sure if he has that type of power, but like i said i haven't seen enough of him.

He's a decent puncher, good speed etc-he has improved a lot in the last few years he used to be sloppy as hell,he is clearly a fighter that can learn but their comes a time when you have to step up to world class comp, and for him that time is in the next 12 months

I don't know about the UK boxing scene much aside from Froch, Fury, and a little bit of Groves...What happened to Degale? Haven't heard much from him since the Groves loss. He came over to me as being pretty obnoxious lol

So many 'tards are acting like Mikkel embarassed himself or something. From my point of view, he gave a great account of himself and came up just short of earning the victory. That's combat sports for 'ya.

Jesus, if you guys were in charge of dudes' careers you'd have made Ali retire after the first Frazier fight or told Ray Robinson that it was time to shut it down after LaMotta beat him.
