    Kessler should retire

He gave a good fight last night, but this should be the sign for Mikkel that he needs to end his career. Maybe a farewell fight in Copenhagen, and that's it. Mikkel fought the best and lost when he did. It's time to say bye to active boxing for Kessler.

I think he will, and should, but it wouldn't surprise me if he carried on-He could come to Britain and get a good payday to fight Groves,or go to Germany to fight a title holder in Stieglitz

Either one of those would be good fights..Mikkel is never in a bad fight by any means.

He still got the ability i don't buy the whole he's finished crap. He landed over 50% of his punches and hit Froch with punches that would stop 90% of other fighters, it was the improvements of Froch, conditioning and use of the jab that made the difference from the last fight.

Hearn wants to make Froch v Kessler 3.

Okay no one wants to see it right now, but in 6-8 months people will be crying out for it and it would probably do an even bigger gate.

I agree, Kessler still has a lot left, he beats any fighter at 168 not named Ward or Froch. If he does retire, there is no shame in that as he would realize that he would not be at the top of 168 again.

Funny now on bs if someone loses and is over 30 he should retire even if he did good, just wasn't the better fighter on the night .
