Yeah clearly at his best right now. How would he do against Ward? Again id have to pick against him, Ward is so sharp and skillful. That said if he can make it happen in the UK and really lets his hands go with those raiding attacks he's been using he has a chance. Remember Darnell Boone had this guy down.

I think the fight will happen and Ward will win it well on points but its a better fight now than it was when they fought, Froch has progressed a lot. Besides if S.O.G wants to stay at SMW who the hell else can he fight? Froch is clearly the top challenger to his dominancy in the division.

I honestly think Froch has a shot, especially in the UK.

I thought Ward dominated the first fight but Ward was certainly fading in the last few rounds, he was very tired.

That said, Ward was fighting with one hand.

I'm not sure. I think Ward will win but Froch will bring it.

Though I was a detractor and am a big Andre Ward fan to boot, Carl won me over a few years ago by fighting tough (as always) and by finding a solution to the problem of his exquisite, but screechy girlfriend being seated too close to a microphone. And he did it w/o losing the good poon. That takes finesse. I nominate Carl to replace the Dos Equis guy who could then retire and hang out w/Sean Connery, former Dos Equis guy (tho even he didn't know it).
