True but TS did say literally or figuratively. GGG retired Ishida from the sport entirely, as did Canelo to Mosley, but Mosley decided to come back and got a sympathy win while getting tagged all night.

wtf, you cant say that now, you need to at least wait until Donaire and Peterson's next matches

If they look like utter ****, like a total shadow of their former selves (example: Martinez against Murray) then you might have point

          Pac V Delahoya
          Pac V Hatton
Mayweather V Hatton (never looked good after mayweather)
          Gomez v Gatti
          Gomez V Castillo
          Calzaghe vs Lacey

just a couple that came to mind

Trinidad vs. Vargas, Joppy, and Reid.
Corrales vs. Castillo. I think they both beat the prime out of each other.
            Chavez vs. Taylor
            Calzaghe vs. Lacy
Pac vs. Hatton. Although Floyd did beat him first by KO, the KO Pac scored on him sealed his fate for good.
Nigel Benn vs. Gerald McClellan. McClellan was permanently damaged after this.

I was going to post this one, but I was on the fence. Lewis was essentially done before the fight, but that fight definately kept him out of the ring.

Lewis - Tyson (if not douglas)

              Cotoure - Toney (bad joke)

              Holmes - Ali

Tyson - Holmes (holmes was essentially retired before)

              Tyson - Spinks

Tyson - most heavyweights of his dominate era

Lol I missed the part where TS said that. In that case you're right about Ishida. But I still wouldn't say Mosley tho. He just beat Cano who beat Paulie prior.

Following that fight he got a gift decision over Clottey, then he got beaten up even worse by Pacquiao. Then he had 3 straight wins over low level competition to build him up as a PPV attraction again and then he came down to earth against Floyd.
Neither guy was ever the same after that fight. Marg never won another fight after that, except that warm up tomato can in Mexico. Cotto gave Floyd the toughest fight ever, (his words, not mine). Pac did more damage to Marg than he did to Cotto. Marg got shut out, Cotto won a couple rounds.

Cotto won the Clottey fight with a blinding gash over his right eye that required 28 stitches. Many people agree Clottey didn't do enough the last 2 rounds to win the fight. Cotto came on strong and ended it with a beautiful clean left hook to Clottey's jaw.

Not bad for a guy that couldn't see out of one eye. Imagine if there weren't any cut? Yeah.
