Depends if we're talking if that 2009 Pac is tested or not.

No tests = 2009 Pac beats him again and possibly a few other ATG's.

Random testing Pac = Most likely gets KO'd from being to small.

Pacquiao is not really a welterweight to me so Oscar would do best against Pacquiao when he was a welterweight because of his size advantage but I still think Pacquiao wins. If he fought Oscar when Oscar was fighting at lower weights I think Pacquiao wins easier.

Random tested Oscar would get retired even faster, since he won't be coked out of his head.

Oscar jabs and left hooks him to death...that reckless aggression would have been tamed by that long jab plus Oscar was pretty aggressive himself.

Manny's equalizer has always been superior boxing skills and movement...
Power, size and aggression compliments Manny's style.

Oscar. He beats anyone from 140 - 154 today. Even Floyd.

                    Boxing skills? No.

He's lost to the best boxers he's faced.

Pac's combination of speed, power, agression and overall energy and balls/hardwork is what enabled him to beat these guys. He also wasnt tiny at the lower weights and had a pretty good chin.

De la Hoya in his prime might not have been AS fast but he wasnt going to be left behind...and Oscar was no only more skilled he had more power at 147 and a great chin in combination with size.

That fight would have NEVER happened. Pac would have stayed at 140 or lower.

Oscar beats even Floyd in his prime...almost did and this was while he was significantly past prime.

Id have liked to see Ike Quartey vs Pac...random fight but would have been an interesting matchup imo
