He didn't lose all his big fights, but he received as many questionable decisions in his favor as he did against him. Whitaker was one that has a split opinion of who won.

I completely agree though I think prime Oscar would have beat Floyd as well. He shouldn't have fought Manny at 147, I think he himself bought the hype that he was going to walk right through Manny but can you blame him? I think we all did! He feasted on wash-up fighters. He lost his high profile fights. And if you want controversy, Pernell was robbed and so was Quartey, only to a lesser degree. There's no way Oscar at 147 beaten Floyd.
