What do people expect him to say? "Yes he's a better boxer, smarter, faster and stronger in the ring"? Of course not he'd throw the BS excuses the baby hes pregnant wife the 3 year old injury during which he strolled into a fighter of the year award, everything but the truth. I swear this kid annoys the **** out of me now i used to be a fan but every time i hear him say no excuse but here is my excuse is like hearing a dude say no **** then he proceeds to suck some d*ck.

Truth is Donaire looked like a lost puppy in that fight he wasn't as much of an unstoppable force as he thought and couldn't overcome because he did meet an unmovable object.

The night of the fight Nonito was @ 142lb, I was like Rigo fighting Danny Garcia or a Lucas. Now all bla bla bla, I like Nonito but he should move to 126lb and try there. Rigo is one of the best in all times, Rigo can take the science of boxing to a different level.

Rigo's style was all wrong for that Donaire that night. Donaire went in with a left hook. That's it! Rigo, the southpaw, neutralized that effectively with his defensive style and movement.

Donaire also had trouble cutting off the ring and didn't throw enough combinations.

Donaire has to be less flat-footed and work on cutting off the ring. He needs to work on using his right hand much more when the opponent neutralizes any opportunity for Donaire to use his left, as Rigo did. If he does the above then opportunities will open up to throw his much more effective left hook.

Some things are hard to change/improve ...... only time will tell

These are good adjustments that Donaire should make. However people forget to mention that Rigondeaux now has a feel for Donaire.
He will also make his own adjustments.
Rigo did not barely escape with a win... he lopsidedly whooped Nonito. To put it simply, Rigo will counter-adjust Donaire's adjustments...

i would be shocked if rigondeaux will sell tickets in maimi. shocked. they would have him fighting there already if he were a draw.

cubans have never really supported boxers in the states, at least not in the sense that they make them an economically viable draw.

rigondeaux is almost certainly going to spend his career without any fanfare aside from hardcore boxing fans, who really don't drive ticket sales.
