A good win for Jones. Look forward to seeing his next fight, in a couple years.

Lebedev's 40 year old Tour stops here. Had a nice little run, R. Jones, Toney, Cox(nearly 40), and now G. Jones.

Jones deserves the win took some flush bombs from lebedev. He endured and although looked out of shape had the stamina to keep dishing out his own punishment getting the stoppage. him not taking post fight drug test is not a good sign

Lebedev fought in spurts that doesnt win fights overall boxing and ring generalship does which is exactly what Jones did used good angles and was able to manuever Lebedev around when he wanted and yes it was not one sided Lebedev tried his best, but he was outclassed and he was losing I dont care what the judges had it at, if this was on neutral ground it would have been in favor of the Panamanian.
The fight wasnt stopped either he got KOed plain and simple rather quit but I dont blame him he was taking a beating in the rd 9 10 and 11. He had to commit a tackle to buy himself some time and it still wasnt enough. If that happened in the US Lebedev would have been deducted a point that was some bull but no one even mentions that he could have caused bodily harm to Jones especially at his age and was showing his frustration as well.

He fought in spurts but those spurts were brutal. At least you admitted it wasn't one-sided.
