I'm somewhat surprised that Froch leads Kessler in this poll. Kessler has been fighting at championship level pretty much since Froch turned pro and he even holds a win over him.

      Bias much?

When Kessler wins on Saturday, there shall be no doubt as to who's the best. But I agree, Kessler has achieved more world titles and also unified some titles at a couple of stages in his career. But Froch has that epic streak of fights that puts him up there as well.

It's not a knock on Froch per se, but he does not have a better resume than Kessler. Saying so is bias or ignorance.

Please vote wheter these guys should be in the IBHOF if their careers was to end now.

            Wlad Klitschko: 21-2
            Vitali Klitschko: 15-2
            Carl Froch: 7-2
            Mikkel Kessler: 10-2
            Arthur Abraham: 13-4
            Felix Sturm: 14-3-2
The Klitschkos are the only ones who I would say should for now They have been the literal two best in the world for most of a decade. Froch and Kessler may make cases, but they are still really in the thick of things. I'd feel more comfortable evaluating them when I think they are really past it and we can contextualize them.

Not saying the Klits are past it; they are just different and the Hall LOVES Heavies.

No on Sturm and Abraham. Both are LIGHT on quality wins.

Depends on what you favor in a resume. If it's just titles, Kessler has an edge. If its quality of opposition, Froch is miles ahead and barely losing to Kessler on the road doesn't hurt much considering his W/L during this sick 9 of 10 fight stretch. I think, even as someone who favors Carl to win this weekend, Kessler is being wildly slept on. If Kessler wins on Carl's floor, that is a brick on his side.

                  Bumped this,, good topic

I think first ballot- wlad, vitali, froch

2nd or 3rd ballot Kessler and sturm

Abraham needs to finish strong to get in IMO
