    And Pac-Marquez 3 was at a 144 catchweight.
Odh was not a forced CW at 145 fight was 147 , he just happened to be that at weigh-in and needed IV fluids to gain 2 lbs in 30hrs , worst case of an elite fighter blowing the weight Ive ever seen , he was a dehydrated rag .

Signs were there in the Forbes fight where Oscar looked flat and got bruised up , Forbes would have beat him easy the night that Manny did .

Oscar had a bad case of ego thinking he after 13yrs away from 147 could make 147 and beat Manny , it backfired when he turned up a badly dehydrated waif .

I Second that. Hes far more a credible source. Canelos trainer just wanted attention. All press is good press though

I always said Floyd was not obligated to fight anyone at 54. He is only obligated to fight Pac, and the best at 47. But Richard is lying. At this point, I do think that Floyd isnt fighting him because of the weight issue.

Ok, so maybe the fight is 154, but Canelo cant hydrate to 155lbs fight night.

I heard he has to make 154 for the weigh in and must be 147 on fight night.

Why would Richard lie , what does it matter that he needs to lie about , Richard is only saying he is negotiating a 154 fight between Canelo and Floyd .

I think all this its as much a case of a 5 fight contract and nowhere to go in his own division after a Canelo , and on a win he is being shoehorned into a weight class that over all is too big for him , Floyd is a small WW might be different if he were struggling to make 147 and blows up to 160 like any full sized WW in history does .

Floyd stuck his neck into 154 because they were not real 154s , they came from Floyds weights , he did it because he can and the opportunity is their to gain another belt , he was calling so he went to them , he dont belong there the same Manny dont or Jones didnt belong at HW ,

Fighters can play with weight in the matchmaking process , but in the real world a good big man will beat a good little man , fighters know this and thats where politics and CWs come into it to try and sell a fair fight , if a guy has to come down its not a fair fight , this at 147 is not fair to Canelo , 154 is not fair to Floyd , so where do you go from here .

I agree on everything you say. But my point was, that Richard is trying to protect Floyd. Floyd Sr already confirmed that he advised Floyd that Canelo is too big. And I dont think Canelo's trainer would make that up for nothing.
