I ****ing hate this ref and what he did to Agbeko but he didn't do anything wrong in the Montiel/Donaire fight. It should have been stopped when Montiel was twitching on the ground but the ref was making sure Donaire was going to a neutral corner, and his back was to Montiel. He maybe could have stopped it but he saw the champ up has to give him a chance and he stopped it right away when he saw Montiel was out of it.
But there is no excuse for the Mares/Agbeko fight, you don't miss 20-30 low blows and I'm not making that number up, it's very accurate. Also anyone saying the low blows didn't affect the fight are ****ING IDIOTS who don't know **** about boxing. It was a close fight but no way Mares wins with a clean ref, he would have taken at least 3 points away or a DQ for the low blows. And sorry but let me punch you in the balls every minute for 36 minutes even wearing a protector if you say it doesn't affect your ability at doing ANYTHING your an idiot. I mean FFS if anything comes close to your junk you flinch, what are you going to do after 15-16 times and its haflway through the fight.
