I thought this was a publicity stunt when this was first announced. Of the "Any Pub is good pub" variety. Now that he's gotten off with a slap on the wrist I'm convinced it was. The NY DA was talkjng tough likd he was going to do time. There was none of this nonsense about their policy in these situations. Why didn't they say that at the time of arrest? This was a bad GBP marketing ploy to get his name in the headlines for good or bad.

As screwed up as the justice system is, Guerrero is lucky. He could have gone to prison. There are people in prisons across america for petty things that are made out to be severe when in reality they are not. Guerrero was "humbled" in the ring by Mayweather, guess that was Roberts punishment. Maybe he can inspire people by picking up trash on the side of the road better than anyone has ever seen before.
