          Glad they dismissed the case...it did seem a bit grim cuz of how strict NY is on gun laws but I'm sure Guerrero trying to check in the gun and it not being loaded helped him out...

          If he had been caught on the street with it, he'd be doing a little time...

                    I had the feeling it would end up resolved with a fine or some minimal punishment good to see they didn't pursue anything more than they did against him it seemed like he made an honest mistake and he fessed up to it

                      Thank God, it would have been a tragedy to do that to a great guy like Robert. I honestly thought they were going to try to make an example out of him like they do to all celebs but they had some mercy for a change.
