I really like roman gonzalez. He gets no respect when it comes to p4p list.
Honestly i always forget to put him on my p4p list. I would have him around #7-10.

I think it hurts him that he doesn't have any big name fighters to fight.

Unless we can clone Michael Carbahal from some of Carbahal's DNA, the lowest divisions will remain obscure, unfortunately. It takes an Olympic Gold Medalist from the Flyweights to generate publicity.

He's definitely one of the hottest prospects in Boxing at the moment.

Very little is he talked about, but, believe me, in time he will be and then everyone will be talking about him and you will wish it was like it is now

But yeah, he's very good. I'm very impressed by him and have been for a while.

After Viloria's last fight, that definitely gives him another boost in his stock.

Would have been great to see him and Ioka fight but I think Ioka did the right thing turning down that fight at this moment in time.

Him and Ioka are probably my 2 favourite prospects at this moment in time.

Depends how we consider the term "prospect". A "prospect" many years ago isn't exactly the same as a prospect today.

In terms of in today's game, both Ioka and Gonzalez are relatively unknown and certainly young and "up and coming" despite being "Champions".

In that sense, they're prospects. Certainly on the P4P scale, no less.

Depends how you look at it.
