All the people trumpeting Lance Armstrong as some huge victory for USADA:

They only went after him when he stopped paying them off. Which other riders testified that Armstrong used to brag about. USADA has been completely shady and unreliable so far in boxing.

I'm sure USADA will say the same thing they always seem to say this close to a fight. "There wasn't enough time to properly test." No testing will get done, if it is the samples will be destroyed.

Here he is what? There is actually no proof that it's him refusing, not even enough to make assumptions. What we know is that Malignaggi is vocal on these issues and is waiting to get tested. Unless I'm missing something...

That tends to be how it goes. A number of guys who have failed tests have played the 'I'm going to prove I'm clean' card before failing.

Gamboa has been passing drug tests for 10+ years, including olympic tests. His name being on a bit of paper doesn't worry me, certainly not as much as refusing tests.

Why are they going for USADA and not VADA? Why haven't they tested yet?
