Riddle me this, during that time frame, who was the welterweight divisions longest reigning belt holder?
(Hand Up) Is it Antonio Margarito?

Apparently his weight also included 154 on two occasions so 154 has been his weight more than once.

I discredited Pac when he did the CW to Wargodito, but atleast he fought him at a damn CW. Floyd refused the CW and straight up wants to kill Canelo on the scale.

Fight should be at 154! No damn catch-weight stipulations or rehydration clauses. This is a flatout duck move if it turns out to be true. I understand Canelo comes in at 170+ on fight night, but he still has a puncher's chance against Floyd.

Canelo rehydrating at 154 to 170+ is fine for him, hes done it before.

Canelo rehydrating from 147? No thanks. He'll be training mainly to lose weight and it's a farce since lvarez hasn;t done a thing at 147

So you 'do catchweights' now then? What a feckin clownshoe!

Everyone's saying he fought Cotto at 154 but Cotto doesnt step into the ring 20lbs over the contracted weight...News Flash!...Weight classes are BS...Especially when one of the two people fights at their walking around weight, and the other is a re-hydration specialist!

I think Floyd beats him either way and i wish he just would (to shut everyone up)..But as the biggest draw in boxing, who was called out by his opponent, why should Floyd give this kid a 20 lb weight advantage? He probably feels the he'd outweigh him regardless, but the re-hydration from 147 will be more reasonable. Logically i just dont see how Floyd is out of line here, or how is it a duck if Canelo doesn't agree???

Bottom line is they both want to call the shots but only one of them has earned it.
