He really was. He toughed it out but he looked clueless. No idea how to cut the distance at all, just walked straight in and ate jabs and counters.

Full credit to him for drawing Gonzalez into a war in the 7th, but a worrying performance for him overall.

Burns looked poor tonight, he showed a lot of heart but overall the performance was not good and Gonzalez was 7-0 up until the injury on my card.

Gonzalez looked very good, wonder how bad the injury is though. Didn't even think the fight was gonna be stopped after the 9th..

But lets be honest, after this performance there is no way he beats Miguel Vasquez. Vasquez has an even better jab than Chelo and he certainly better conditioning.
