You're missing an important piece here. Haye has to earn his second shot like Thompson did earning his second shot, or somehow make an offer that the klits cannot refuse for a volontary defense.Last edited by BattlingNelson; 05-11-2013, 01:46 PM.Comment

he did sign a 4 fight deal...charr is fight #1 & if he deposes of him in impressive fashion that would make 2 guys vitali beat that haye conquered. he would then be in position for title or eliminator. haye will have his next shot by fight #4. i don't see many HWs beating haye...realistically if a title holder wants a big payday he might want to go to england & fight haye. he could be in there before his 4th fight...Comment

While many believed Tuesday's shocking heavyweight bid was a record-breaker, it still only comes in second to the main title holder. As first reported on BoxingScene.com, Russian promoter Vladimir Hryunov set down a monster bid of $23,200,000 million dollars to overwhelm the competition at the WBA's mandatory heavyweight purse bid, securing the rights to the championship fight between Wladimir Klitschko (59-3, 50KOs) and Alexander Povetkin (25-0, 17KOs). K2 Promotions put in a bid of $7.1 million dollars and Sauerland Event bid 6.01 million.

I couldn't care less about a Wlad-Haye II as it will probably be another snooze feat with both not coming to fight. But you know Vitali has a little more balls than little bro and he wants to get stuck in.
Would love to see it.Comment
