I can't stand motormouth, but he is a BIG DRAW in the HW division. Him and the Klitschkos are the money fights.
Did you miss that Wlad-Povetkin is the second richest ever HW fight? No way a Haye fight is worth more than 30% of that fight.

You're missing an important piece here. Haye has to earn his second shot like Thompson did earning his second shot, or somehow make an offer that the klits cannot refuse for a volontary defense.

At which point Vitali could retire with a smile on his face leaving Haye to fight someone like Pulev for a vacant belt which he probably wouldn't do.

Stevie Wynn won the bid for Douglas-Holyfield with a whopping 32M. He lost a fortune on that. To my recollection Hryonovs 23M bid is the second largest. I'm not 100% sure but close.

While many believed Tuesday's shocking heavyweight bid was a record-breaker, it still only comes in second to the main title holder. As first reported on BoxingScene.com, Russian promoter Vladimir Hryunov set down a monster bid of $23,200,000 million dollars to overwhelm the competition at the WBA's mandatory heavyweight purse bid, securing the rights to the championship fight between Wladimir Klitschko (59-3, 50KOs) and Alexander Povetkin (25-0, 17KOs). K2 Promotions put in a bid of $7.1 million dollars and Sauerland Event bid 6.01 million.

              There it is.

He hasn't fought Vitali before so there's no "second shot". It's a shot at Vitali, and He has called him out for years. Why doesn't he want to fight Haye?

I couldn't care less about a Wlad-Haye II as it will probably be another snooze feat with both not coming to fight. But you know Vitali has a little more balls than little bro and he wants to get stuck in.

                Would love to see it.

That's not true. It's the second highest accepted purse bid. There's a difference.

I don't think he doesn't "want" to fight Haye, but I think Vitali is pretty tired of David Haye since he already refused to fight Vitali twice. So why would Vitali risk setting up a third fight when history says that Haye doesn't want none anyway?

I always enjoy watching Vitali fight but I frankly do not see haye as the biggest threat anyway.
