You're missing an important piece here. Haye has to earn his second shot like Thompson did earning his second shot, or somehow make an offer that the klits cannot refuse for a volontary defense.Last edited by BattlingNelson; 05-11-2013, 01:46 PM.Comment

At which point Vitali could retire with a smile on his face leaving Haye to fight someone like Pulev for a vacant belt which he probably wouldn't do.he did sign a 4 fight deal...charr is fight #1 & if he deposes of him in impressive fashion that would make 2 guys vitali beat that haye conquered. he would then be in position for title or eliminator. haye will have his next shot by fight #4. i don't see many HWs beating haye...realistically if a title holder wants a big payday he might want to go to england & fight haye. he could be in there before his 4th fight...Comment

He hasn't fought Vitali before so there's no "second shot". It's a shot at Vitali, and He has called him out for years. Why doesn't he want to fight Haye?
I couldn't care less about a Wlad-Haye II as it will probably be another snooze feat with both not coming to fight. But you know Vitali has a little more balls than little bro and he wants to get stuck in.
Would love to see it.Comment

I don't think he doesn't "want" to fight Haye, but I think Vitali is pretty tired of David Haye since he already refused to fight Vitali twice. So why would Vitali risk setting up a third fight when history says that Haye doesn't want none anyway?
I always enjoy watching Vitali fight but I frankly do not see haye as the biggest threat anyway.I couldn't care less about a Wlad-Haye II as it will probably be another snooze feat with both not coming to fight.
