In all honesty, there aren't much options out there at all.

i can sell Lucas-Floyd to my friends..it was hard to find spectacular youtube highlights for Guerrero

Mayweather said in an interview yesterday that his next fight should be announced before the end of this month.

Meaning, if it's going to be Matthysse-Peterson winner, which is the only other option, they have between the 19th-end of May to negotiate which is unlikely.

Khan-Alexander is set so it won't be one of those two and I think the winner of that fight is almost certainly going to be the first fight for Mayweather in 2014.
I can't see anything going wrong in negotiations. Mostly because Floyd gets guaranteed money and Canelo has never headlined a PPV. He will be getting a career high payday no matter what.

I think he tries to retire undisputed champion after the Canelo fight and win all 4 titles. Broner is going to take the WBA belt from Paulie and it will be Thurman vs. Maidana for the vacant title.

So his last 5 will be:

      Canelo
      Garcia/Peterson/Matthysse (title defense #1)
      Khan/Alexander (IBF)
      Thurman/Maidana (WBA)
Bradley or whoever else has the WBO title by that time

        Garcia?

as bad a mismatch as that would also be, it'll be the first time in ages that i root for Floyd...Angel vs Sr? i would actually watch the Showtime's 24-7 for that

Garcia is currently the top fighter at 140. I know you are all Lucas but he hasnt beat Peterson yet, which is a tough mountain to climb, and even if he does Garcia is still the man at 140.

Boxing fans can be such picky idiots. Why are people even upset that it did over 1 mil? Shouldn't you be happy for the sport that it did over 1 mil? It's like anything with Mayweather on it you want it to fail but don't consider that its a negative for boxing if his PPV sales failed as well.

showtime head of boxing who used to work for gb is saying over a million to save face also, funny how both are doing it the same day, if he says over a million then it would be at around 900k-1m max

floyd is not going to get paid any ppv bonus lol
lol honestly dude give it up he fought guerrero meaning 98% bought the ppv for floyd imo a million for this fight with no real hype is dam imressive.

Lol, this thread is pretty quiet compared to the other ppv threads from a few days ago. Coincidence? Me thinks not.
