Wasn`t Pac fans saying USADA is the devil?Watch them switch up on us now.And if Pacquiao would have agreed to random testing in the first negotiations the Floyd/Pac fight would have happened cause Floyd agreed to 50/50 and agreed to Pacquiao`s demand of paying 10 mill for every pound he comes over the 147 pound limit if he comes over the 147 pound limit.

So its obvious that Pacquiao ducked the fight in the first negotiations.Pacquaio did not want to fight with out his roids at the time.

Make new thread and ask which one is a duck Floyd or Pac. There you get your answer. Floyd faked his retirement to duck prime younger Mosley, Cotto and Margarito. That was before Pac even move up to 135, Floyd was already known to boxing fans as duck.

If he can duck these 3 fighters what makes you think he can't do the same to Pac? He did that by making Pac chases to all his demands only to be changed a moment Pac agreed.

When Floyd demanded all the ppv sales to 100/0 after Pac agreed to all his demands. It was crystal clear Floyd has no real intention of fighting Pac even from the beginning.
