    Michael Koncz, adviser to eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao, has exclusively confirmed to BoxingScene.com that USADA [US Anti-Doping Agency] will regulate a random drug testing protocol for the upcoming fight with Brandon Rios, scheduled to take place on November 24th [November 23rd in the United States] at the Venetian in Macau, China. Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38KOs) vs. Rios (31-1-1, 23KOs) will be carried by HBO Pay-Per-View.

          Wow, that's shocking.

          Respect to Pacquaio's team though for doing this. Long long time coming.

          Crazy that the Mayweather fight didn't happen in 2010 for this very reason and now it's being done regardless.

                  Nice. If pac looks great I want him to fight floyd next. Now that Pac clearly does not have any issue with USADA.

                      Finally!! That's how u show u really want to make the fight happen. Now Floyd won't be able to say a word about pacman not testing anymore. I believe this will bring us one step closer to that fight. He should have done this years ago. What took so long?

                                  Wasn`t Pac fans saying USADA is the devil?Watch them switch up on us now.And if Pacquiao would have agreed to random testing in the first negotiations the Floyd/Pac fight would have happened cause Floyd agreed to 50/50 and agreed to Pacquiao`s demand of paying 10 mill for every pound he comes over the 147 pound limit if he comes over the 147 pound limit.

                                  So its obvious that Pacquiao ducked the fight in the first negotiations.Pacquaio did not want to fight with out his roids at the time.
