He didnt even make the catch weight 150 for his Hatton fight, no way he can make 147 now.

Typical Floyd fan backing up the coward hero. Didn't Floyd win the 154 title last year vs a past his days Cotto? So ur coward hero is scared to fight a young lion who hits like a truck at 154? lol

the ginger won't be able to make a catchweight and he doesn't have to... he is a bigger draw than anyone else on the GBP roster. He doesn't have to kowtow to every Cherrypicker demand

I've said it numerous times. Floyd will wiggle his way out of this fight. They both are promoted by Gbp. It's the biggest fight that can be made for Sept 14th. Both are available and want to fight on that day. Canelo has no problem with floyds 8 week ped tests. Canelo is willing to take a much smaller cut. Floyd is a champ at 154 and has fought there twice already. So I ask........ WHATS THE PROBLEM?

In the last fight vs Trout, he drastically improved from his previous fights. Showed tremendous defense, head movement, and patience. In one sequence I saw trout miss 9 punches and landing 1 grazing punch due to Canelos head movement. Canelo hadn't demonstrated that before.

But yes, he does need to work on stamina, especially for Floyd, that I agree.

they were literally 5 years apart and most think that those are his 2 worst performances in literally a decade. I dont get the argument when people say he fought so & so there so why not this guy.

The argument would make sense if Floyd fought there, performed a Gatti on someone and then decided not to fight a good guy but thats not what happend. Most of the same guys who say Floyd looked like crap in those 2 fights now say he has to fight Canelo or Sergio there.

Again, I could see if he fought a bunch of fights there and not Canelo or if he looked great there but wont do it. Thats not the case though. Thats not even including the fact that Canelo is in his 1st division and is a super huger Jr. MW while Floyd would be in his 5th and not even close to the weight limit itself, let alone putting on nearly 20 pounds in 1 day like Canelo would do.

I just never understand those arguments. The funny part on top of that is that he wouldnt even get extra credit for the win. Instead its like mandatory that Floyd fights him or he's a coward who sucks

Wonder how much money Alvarez is asking for and what Team Mayweather would offer. I have a feeling these guys will try and outdiva one another right out of the fight

People speculating too much. The fight will be signed by the end of June.

Just worry about Peterson vs Matthysse right now
