Here is exactly why Canelo has no standing to make demands.... IF HE REALLY WANTS THE FIGHT.

    1) He has no ppv track record and has never supported his own ppv event... (even as big as his fight against trout was... the powers that be at Showtime decided against broadcasting via ppv).

    2) Floyd is p.f.p. and ppv king... so he calls the shots, not Caleno.

    3) For Floyd to earn the kings throne he had to concede to ODL's every demand (weight, glove size, ring size, purse split..). What makes Canelo think he deserves to be treated any different.

Canelo can get it anytime he wants!!!

All he has to do is concede.... exactly they way Floyd did to earn the kings throne.

Floyd fights him last and lets this fight build if he's smart. No other big money fight for him other than I guess Manny. The next fight is Garcia or Khan.

canelo in realty is a middleweight barely making 154 as it is. he's really suppose to be fighting at middleweight.

          147?
So what you're saying is, Canelo will be 170 come fight night and Floyd will be 150. LOL

cherry picker wlads best fight is against a cruiserweight who he ran from

and Corrie Sanders was one cherrypick to far, he knocked out ur bum hero in2 rounds and Wlad never had the heart to get back in the ring with him again

You would think Canelo is the man in boxing or the bigger draw for him to make demands. I dont like catchweights but have a feeling it may be heading there or some kind of fight-day weight agreement.

Yes beacuse Guerrero was in exact situation right? People were talking about this for years and when they finally foughtm PPV went through the roof GTFO

Canelo is the biggest fight possible for Floyd, sportwise and (especially for someone who calls himself "Money") moneywise. He's P4P no 1 and biggest PPV star. He HAS to fight Canelo. You know it and I know it.

I highly doubt this fight happens in September, but I think it happens on Cinco de Mayo next year.

A fight this big needs more than a couple months promotion and another win by both this September just makes it even bigger.
