Mares vs Rigo...who you got??

I like Mares but this would be all Rigo. Guillermo is on another level.

Sure looks that way. I always had tremendous regard for Rigo's skills and talent; but after certain performances, I started to have slight doubts. It now appears that "El Chacal" is just one of those guys that turns it up according to the opposition. He made Donaire look ordinary. I don't care what excuses Nonito's apologists throw out there; Donaire was soundly beaten by the superior champion. That speaks volumes for Rigondeaux, and the sudden support he's been receiving around here is testament to that.

Mares is a warrior and this will be tuffer fight than Nonito but I see Rigo outboxing Mares the first half and ko Mares the second half.
