But really you cant compare Glen to Rios, Glen is a HOF or atlest a great name in the sport of boxing, what has Rios done???? Nothing.

Now a better comparison would be When Montell Griffin beat Roy Jones, which was by DQ, but otherwise, that is just disrespectful to be compared to Rios.

Although I predict a Pacquiao win, I agree with BHop that it is a risky first fight back.

Lose-lose for Bam Bam. If he wins he'll get very little credit, and if he loses, it will probably be by KO.

I think it's the opposite and a lose lose for PAC. Even if PAC does win rios name is not even close to being an ATG, but if rios win, having a win over a guy like manny on ur record is a blessing even if its a wore out PAC.

I for one think that this is a very good fight for Manny, Rios and fight fans. I'm not a big Pac fan, but I do like him and I think that this lets him know where he's at right away. If he dominates, then he's back and he can fight Alvarado, then JMM (if he doesn't retire) and then Floyd (if he doesn't retire).

Manny does not have time to be wasting with Paulie. That is a cakewalk and I doubt Paulie would sign that contract. In fact, I would locate that contract and destroy it in front of both of them.

If Rios is a good fighter, he should be campaigning at 147 because he's had weight issues and just can't make those 135 and 140 weights. He probably would have won his last fight if they fought at 147. I don't care about Rios, but he is decent enough to be deserving of a fight with Pac after his knockout loss.

Thats the deal its a give me fight for Manny thats what it is , its just the fanboys are trying to make this out to be some big challenge for Manny , elite fighters will beat the Rios of this world everyday before breakfast and twice on Sundays , but the Pac ****** fanboys will turn Rios into the Hulk before the week is out lol .
