    Andre Dirrell? Just kidding

    • PAC facing yet another younger hungry fighter and they still hating. All I know PAC better bring his a game cuz rios aint no chump. It's margarito in his prime lol and I truely believe PAC beat the prime out of himself in the marg fight. PAC was never the same after that.

You must really hate Pacquiao to go against your hometown guy. Rios is not a good fight to gain your confidence back after a brutal KO, you take a guy like Maliggnaggi or some soft puncher tomato can.

B hop is right, I said it before Rios loss, I said if Pac fights Rios he would be biting off more than he can chew.

Hopkins doesn't even work with Top Rank, he is a Golden boy guy, but besides his occassional bias toward black fighters, he is brutally honest when it comes to things, just like when he was promoting Hatton he basically felt Pacquiao would knock him out and Hatton was his own fighter.

Rios is no soft touch, Pac should have fought someone who has no power to build confidence, you don't build confidence fighting a big 140 pounder with a good chin and size and power.

This is a barometer fight, its a fight for Arum to determine where his fighters stands, if Pacquiao loses he transfers his status to Brandon Rios, and than setting up a big rubber match with Alvarado at 147. If Pacquiao beats Rios no loss on Rios he lost to a top legend, and it shows Pacman might still have it.

I agree with B hop here. He has no dog in this fight.

Me too. Call me crazy but I like watching two guys punch the **** out of each other in their face. Dudes are really pissed though, I'm just sitting here watching the outrage lol

          • Why do Pacquiao fans take it as a negative thing when we agree that Rios is no match, we are simply admiring and recognizing Pacquiao's skill.

Rios is no Glen Johnson wash your mouth out , Rios is a face first brawler with no skills at all and he is from a smaller division never fighting at WW , all that adds up to massacre , dam Abril beat Rios and so did Alvarado lol these are all B grade fighters .

              • Although I predict a Pacquiao win, I agree with BHop that it is a risky first fight back.

Lose-lose for Bam Bam. If he wins he'll get very little credit, and if he loses, it will probably be by KO.

                • Has rios ever been KO let alone stop in a figh??? I don't get all these comments about its a KO waiting to happen, rios going to sleep, this is to make PAC look good, etc. when was the last time PAC KO anyone, the hatton fight was how many years ago??

At this stage in both of their career, PAC's chin is more suspect to me compare to rios. PAC also like to **** it out so its not like he's going to be hard to miss. Rios will land and when he does how will PAC react that's the thing and this is why rios is a danger fight for PAC. A lot of u know this but just can't admit it.

Again this guy makes himself look ******.

you try to spin **** saying that rios is a smaller division, but he ain't smaller than Manny he is taller and bigger than him, so you lost again stop repeating that smaller division crap.

Rios just like Guerrero are not small guys.

Rios walks around at 185 pounds he admit to it and so did Garcia. He struggled to make 140, so fighting at 147 will make him more fresh and he has memo a top conditioning trainer in his corner.

No point replying to him. All his posts are either on Floyd nuthiggin or Pac hating.

It's a dangerous comeback fight for Pac only because he got ko'ed but stylistically Pac should have a field day in the ring with Rios. But yes Rios is big and moving up is probably better for Rios.

Either way this fight is going to be a barn burner.
