    Plenty of Interest

There's been plenty of noise from fans - whether they want it to happen or not - and a few comments from GB on this so I reckon if they set this up next year, in the UK as has been mentioned, it would be a mega event. Regardless of whether Khan has earned it, people will tune in. Plus you know the undercard would be stacked!

The only trouble Floyd will have will be on deciding which way he should move as Khan is falling face first in a stunning knock out.

Amir Khan might be the most dynamic offensive fighter in the world. Both his single punch and combination hand speeds are definitely on par with Floyd. He is tall, aggressive (overly aggressive) and very busy. Anyone who doesn't think he would make an interesting with Floyd just doesn't understand boxing.

Floyd would, and should, be a heavy favorite. That being said, the first 5-6 rounds would be fascinating. I have said for years that Khan presents the most problems for Floyd. Other than Canelo or Bradley (who is locked in TR right now), this fight makes the most sense.

I mean I guess it's possible that Floyd could break his hand on Khan's face or something. That would certainly be one way of giving him trouble.

But his speed is incredible. Nobody can argue otherwise. He has elite combination and single punch speed. He closes distance very well, mixes up his punches, and has a very high work rate. He also has huge heart, which makes his fights exciting since he will inevitably be hurt late if his opponents can survive.

The problem with Khan isn't "defense" per se- it's the fact that he gets overly aggressive when he smells blood and often falls into a rhythm that can be timed for counters.
