It's between Pac, Khan, and GGG. Floyd is truly special in every aspect of the game, but he hasn't shown that kind of reckless aggression in a while (and he's better for it).

Khan, like Pacquiao, is one of those guys where opponents show a visible look of shock when they they walk back to their corner after the first round. You can't train to deal with that mix of speed, power, and variety.

But I know one thing.. If Khan keeps going back to the UK after his fights to chill out for months without training he's basically flushing everything he learns with Hunter down the toilet.. He has to relearn everything for each camp and that means he'll never give himself a chance to improve. He needs to move to the US and train all day every day.
