5 seems like a lot at this stage of his career but with all the contenders left in his weight class he would scale all except one. IMHO Pac is the only fighter that has a shot of dethroning the undefeated Mayweather. I'm not saying he will but he has the best shot of anyone out there today.
I'm sure thats the fight most of us here really want to see anyway.
Uh maybe before he got KO'd by a guy who Floyd battered for 36 minutes.
mayweather is a natural welter; doesnt cut a whole lot of weight and enters the ring not much above the limit. he should stay at 147 and fight only at 147, anyone who wants to fight him should come to 147.
I see Canelo,Khan,Garcia,Pac,Martinez and a rematch against one of his fights.
myself, and many others Im sure, will lose many many levels of respect if floyd actually fights this overrated overhyped trash of a "fighter."
theres no way i see it happening, lots of money or not, its too much of a joke and floyd wont do it. in any case, khan wont last long enough to even climb the ladder of possiblity to fight floyd. dont know why people keep mentioning him as an opponent, and that includes floyd sr lol

No way on Sergio. He's a Middleweight, and showed in the Murray fight he probably only has 2-3 fights left. I doubt that happens. And Khan would need to get a good win or two between now and then, and I honestly see him losing the next time he fights a top fighter.
Canelo will happen, Garcia will happen if he 1) Beat the Leterson/Lucas winner or 2) Moved up to 147 and got a decent win or two there. Pacquiao, I still find it hard to think this will happen, but for Pac's last fight in 2014 or if he bounces back with another good win or two, it could possibly happen. Still a ton of money to be made there.
I could see Bradley, if he beats Marquez, and whenever his Top Rank contract runs out possibly. You never know. Brook, if he were to get a couple decent or good wins at 147, that'd be a legit fight. I could see Floyd even fighting Peterson, if he were to upset Lucas. You never know.
I can't help but think anything besides a Canelo fight is a dog & pony show, right? Don't get me wrong, I love watching Floyd fight, but to the extent of it being an exhibition for Floyd against guys like Khan & Garcia, why not up that ante with the PPV a bit being we know what we're going to get? Maybe, free Showtime for a month with purchase of the PPV? Boost Showtime's subscriptions?
As good as the fights were Saturday (and I ordered the fight), it still kills me we gotta pay $70 for (in a sense) a predetermined Main Event. I mean, Wrestlemania is predetermined too and that **** is half the price lol.
