I agree Rios getting ko'd would be nice.
nah rios has virtually zero chance. unless pac jus stands there, flatfooted, with guard down, rios can do very very little, if anything at all, literally. all kidding aside, rios is a very unskilled fighter. he is only good against other brawlers and he is great at making fighters fight his fight, which is to slug it out. any fighter with half a brain and half decent boxing skills, boxes rios' ears off. i think they will make pac-rios cause its a easier win for pac than alvarado-pac. rios is a walking punching bag. and I dont say this cause he is a mega douche, he really is just not a good figher imo. he has a large following cause of his mouth and cause he loves to take punches and give them, but he wont make it very far or long in the sport

i mean, ask yourself, what can rios do against pac to win? think about it. rios will be a boy lost in the woods. i never seen rios not be flatfooted, and slow as molasses. its not gonna end pretty for him if it goes down

Either one will make it a good fight and eventually get knocked out. Why not Alverez in Nov and then Rios in May???? Sounds like a plan.

Nobody outside of Pac (and Floyd) would get flack for fighting a solid contender who presents a stylistically favorable match-up AFTER getting knocked out cold. Most fighters would fight a can to bounce back. Obviously Pac can't do that because he is on PPV and will always be on that platform.

This line of thinking applies to Mayweather fans also. No other fighter would get a pass for fighting less then once every year.

But but but Mayweather fans are TRUE boxing fans, yet they spend all their free time spamming boxing boards. F- off.

POsters are down on the potential rios fight because he lost his last fight and is the 4th consecutive fight manny has with a jww moving up. Posters wouldn't be as upset with Alvarado or if he made a fight with bradley.

I prefer the Alvarado fight but let's not pretend that he is a way better fighter then Rios (btw the Ghost is the same size as these guys). They are both at the same level and on paper it is a reasonable fight for a comeback post that KO. You can argue that it's not PPV worthy, but really many worse fights have headlined and Pac is and always will be very popular, so unless you want HBO to destroy their yearly budget on a Pac v Forbes type fight then this is the reality of the situation. Even under sporting terms vs Rios is a fair fight, both coming off loses and again Rios was not knocked out cold like Pac was.

One is like 5-6 idiots who actually think that way...the other was a large majority of an entire fan base.
