It's funny how all the haters overlook the fact that she made the whole thing up. Why is there no video evidence when the whole house is on camera? Why were there no legit witnesses? Oh yeah, becasue it didn't ***en happen. Period.

Especially the Vegas DA who hates Floyds freakin guts. What DA would want to go to trial against Floyd with a disgruntled ex, whos lied in the past, and an 11 yr old son as your star witness? Floyd high priced lawyers tearing apart his sons statements to the cops on national TV, for everyone to see, doesnt look good for anybody involved.

I think as he was negotiating with HBO and showtime both told him that he is best served by getting the case out of the way. Floyd was going to lose either way-as he should for beating a woman especially in front of the kids-but he would lose far more if his son testified as to what he saw.

The visual created by a child detailing his father and mother going at it and then his father taking it to another level would have been career destroying. The video would play over and over and over. No one would want to market floyd after that.

Floyd is a gambler but even he knows you dont take a ****** risk like that. even if he was found not guilty he'd have lost in the long term.

There were no negotiations with HBO/Showtime because all of this was finalized before the Cotto fight. It took a couple years for the case to be done with. Also, there was no video of the alleged fight between him and his ex-wife. The evidence was a doctor's report, written statement from his son, and of course her statements.

I gotta say I believe her at this point I don't think she has a reason to lie everything in court is done with. Beating a woman is ****ty period by having some dude named P-reala block their son from being able to get help is just on another level to me. I think Floyd is a great boxer but I can't support his life outside the ring dude is a scumbag no matter what act he puts on, on all access thats all it is an act

If the kids story wouldve held up in court. Which is by no means a slam dunk. Plus the baggage that comes with Floyds ex too. Shes lied in the past. The story already has holes in it. How many kids are up at 5am? I assume Floyds kids have their own rooms so how could they hear whats going on in that big ass Mansion? High priced lawyers could drive a truck through the holes in this story.
But the publicity has been great. I laughed at Ruben during the press conference. How many times has he been to jail? Like hes Mother freaking Terrissa or something.
