yes they did all the comments made were comments like donaire is going to kill him, donaire is going to slaughter rigo, donaire is going to take his head off thats what most were thinking.

people were really overrating donaire competition especially for a top p4p fighter his opposition was not that great especially if you look at how people here judge the other top p4p fighters competition

I went back and forth on it several times and in the end I thought Rigo couldn't go 12 rounds without that shot landing at some point. As it happened it landed in the first round and once he took it I instantly felt Donaire was fucked.

I dont remember seeing alot of people picking nonito? the majority seen it as a 50/50 fight. Even the text message polls before the fight on HBO were 50/50

We got fooled by Donaire KOing all the smaller men. Plus Rigo doesn't have that many pro fights. I didn't think Rigo could take Donaire's power but he took it and bombed back. He made me a believer for sure.

It's not far fetched to guess that Nonito could've landed one to end it, Rigo chin has shown to be questionable.

Only reason I predicted Rigo winning UD is because Nonito is way more one dimensional than his fanboys would like to admit. He's never proven to be an offensively versatile or dynamic puncher, just a good one. If u neutralize that left hook, on paper, Rigo had virtually all of the advantages.

maybe you got stuck in an echo chamber with a minority of people.

most people knew that with Rigondo's slick style it was gonna be a tough fight

Questionable chin is the only reason for me. I leaned towards Rigo but had questions about his chin at that level. If Rigo had a Froch chin I would have bet my house on him.

Because most people don't know **** about boxing

This supposed chin issue was a bit of a laugh too. Getting surprised or even a bit hurt by the very occasional by shot but then continuing to win the rest of the round is not my definition of a bad chin. In fact as it turned out vs donaire whenever he caught one he immediately returned it with interest.
