I was very clear about the EFFECT of carbs but it is not DIRECT CONVERSION to FATS by any mean.
Carbs can't normally be stored in human's body for longer than a few days.
Body uses fats or crabs as the prime energy source. When there is no carbs fats are used. So if one eats too many carbs, fats are intact and in contrast to carbs, fats can be stored in human's body for the long period of time (in form of body fat).
Eating fruits and vegetables (very rich in carbs and low in fats) won't make you fat. There is just no material to be stored. carb can't be stored for the longer period and it CAN'T be CONVERTED to FAT (unless there is some disease).
its pretty universally accepted, that in a normal healthy person, with a normal healthy diet, trying lose body fat, they reduce the number of carbs, not fats. this isnt the 1970s where people believe that fat is bad and needs to be removed. the reason lowfat foods are worse for you than full fat foods is due to the carbs, which cause the insulin ****e, which if not monitored and controlled, stores those unused carbs as fat. this is the simplest of sciences and can be found anywhere. the fact that you twice said what you said leaves me in a state of disbelief. ******ity is not cute anymore. stop just please stop. youre making people on here look bad. some of us actually prefer to discuss proper info, not some bs that you heard from some morbidly obese person who went on a low fat diet and lost some fat. this is a travesty what you are trying to pass off here. definitely a troll

Floyd just trains hard so he can eat whatever he wants. If he were to only train when he got a fight he'd be just like any other fighter. But, i should say it just seems like Floyd is like Jose Canseco, "I eat to live, not live to eat", i do belive Floyds eating all the crap food on "all access" is all fluff and smoking mirrors.

People have their unique needs, my caloric deficit (meaning the calories I will have to eat to lose weight) will be different then yours, why because our metabolism rate will be defferent, our work out regiment (calories burned) will be different and different level of intensity.
how to lose weight:
basically you want to lose weight you eat less then what you need calories wise to maintain your current body size (weight). example- you need 1500 calories to not lose weight, down that intake to 800-1000 calories and you will start to lose weight.
Want to Maintain you current weight:
Basically you want to not change your body, not bulk up or lose weight you have to eat your targetted calories for maintaing. example- you need 1500 calories to stay the same eat that amount every day.
You want to bulk:
You want to bulk then just intake more calories then needed for maintaing and you will bulk eventually depending on how much more calories then needed you are eating.
The most important thing in someone diet to me is FAT and PROTIEN. you cant lose fat with out eating fat and you cant maintaing your muscle with out PROTIEN.

Educate Your self
i've always suspected that the "hodge twins" live with their parents, but there's no speculation needed about that last guy. dude is literally in the same room he grew up in. i wont watch either video. how do you take these guys seriously?

You are ignorant about the latter. Anybody who has studied biology at even a low level knows that eating too much of anything makes you fat. I'll explain to you how carbohydrates - and anything for that matter - can be transformed into fat. Although fats, carbohydrates and proteins differ in structure, they contain the same elements. This means that the body breaks carbohydrates and proteins down and assimilates the resulting stuff into fats. It's simple really: If you eat 3500 calories more than you burn, you will gain a pound - perhaps fat or perhaps in muscle but in most situations it will be fat. Your logic implies that eating 3500 calories of carbohydrate doesn't do anything because it isn't protein (muscle) or fat lol. I'm an undergraduate economics student at Cambridge in the UK not a biologist. However, I have a biologist flatmate - and to check I'm not being ignorant I asked them if I was right and they said I was! Learn before you speak friend.
Great!
I am very glad you mentioned your university. I proudly finished Trinity College a long time ago. Not economics it was math (part three as well, you should know what it is)
Now down to business. You can bring your friend as well. As we can now discuss as scientists. Could you (or your friend) please refer to any scientific papers where the DIRECT CONVERSION of carbohydrates to lipids are shown (in human body and in significant amount). Please PP me if you prefer (or your friend). Set of chemical reactions is welcomed.

I NEVER SAID THAT EATING LESS FAT WOULD LEAD TO MOST EFFECTIVE DIET.
I NEVER SAID FATS ARE BAD.
I NEVER SAID ONE SHOULD EAT MORE CARBS AND LESS FATS.
WHAT I AM SAYING IS THAT CARBS CAN'T BE CONVERTED TO FATS (not normally)! It can have an effect of storing fat that is ALREADY THERE.
I am talking about the simple, plain fact.
