I would pay to see Rigondeaux-Mares. I don't think it's as clear cut for Rigo as most would predict.

it depends on what his strategy is. i feel he's going to be successful fighting on the inside, rough him out a bit because he's not going to beat the cuban in an olympic style kind of boxing LOL

That stoppage has really put me on a downer. Ponce was still throwing and landed a nice bodyshot as the ref stepped in. Even previous he had got himself right back in the fight!

He was the world champion and should of been given the benefit of the doubt.

Regardless of the early stoppage, Mares hurt and dropped PDL several times, not many people saw this coming, he outperformed Gamboa and Broner against the same opponent. I think PDL had only been stopped by Lopez, correct me if I'm wrong.
