Sergio Martinez has been getting mugged of late, his last three or four times in the ring actually. Canelo needs not measure himself against that fool. JMM should step in the ring with Canelo. If he doesn't think Trout is worth measuring with, then JMM should take his little saw'd off self and climb in the ring with Trout, show your machismo and see how that works out for you. Ray Leonard went all the way up to Light Heavyweight for a challenge. He also retired for 5 years, then climbed back in the ring with no tune up fight to challenge Marvin Hagler... nobody does that! JMM, you have soemthing to say about Canelo, step in the ring with him, if you're all about being considered legendary, or are you all about just collecting belts, which nearly everyone in boxing has these days????

marquez-bradley will be much more competitive, but canelo and cotto are more popular by far and mexico-p.rico rivalry is something else...

I meant quality-wise. Marquez/Bradley is a good fight at a good time.

If Canelo stays on that date, that pretty much means Mayweather isn't fighting on the 14th

One thing is certain. Mayweather will not fight in September. That means Marquez on HBO and Canelo on SHO in September.

Canelo/cotto is another mismatch at this point of cotto's career. He's simply too small to be good at 154. Bradley/marquez is a 50/50 fight or slight edge to marquez.

Canelo/Cotto is probably the more entertaining match-up, while Bradley/Marquez is the more competitive one.

Good point about the more entertaining fight and after all in terms of selling to an audience that's what it's all about . Plus knowing GBP will have the better undercard easily since top rank just doesn't have the stable GBP has
