I had it 114-113 and it could have been 115-112. Murray gave up the first 4 rounds where he hid in a turtle shell and then he gassed in the last two. Martinez in my opinion won at least one or two of the middle rounds (Rds 7,9).

The compubox numbers were terrible. However, Martinez really needs time to fully recover from his injuries, a prime Sergio would have taken Murray out in by the 10th.

He was getting outboxed by Macklin. Martinez has problems with fighters that have basic boxing fundamentals and didn't have a clue on how to deal with it.

Only watched it once so far, on the the intial viewing, 114-113 Sergio.

1st,2nd,3rd,4th,7th,11th,and 12th for Martinez.

5th,6th,8th,9th, and 10th for Murray.

I scored Canelo-Trout from 114-113 Trout on my intital viewing to 115-112 Canelo when I watch it now.

What does it matter if those were the only rounds he clearly won?

If you can make a case that he won 7 rounds or so, whether they were close,lopsided, clear, or unclear, it's not fitting to call this a poor decision.
