honestly, people were ****ting on 'nito BEFORE the fight... basically, any fighter thats getting any kind of buzz with decent promotion gets flamed (ex: canelo, khan, broner, etc.)... the fact that 'nito lost in the matter he lost was every haters' dream come true. buuuut, the way he reacted to the loss warrants all the hate.

Of course Rigo is the better boxer but people should not forget that Donaire knocked him down! Even though Rigo schooled Donaire it was a dangerous fight for Rigo and the rematch would be also dangerous. But i guess only because of Donaires size advantage. I think Rigo would beat Donaire again BUT a knockout win for Donaire is not out of question.

not in terms of pure skill he isn't
but Nonito can beat Rigo, he fought lazy against him
gotta give Rigo his due for showing his technical prowess
but Nonito just looked like he was in a damn daze
he has the tools to win a rematch
if he stays at 122, he's right, Rigo 2 is the only worthwhile reason

Gil Clancy when a fighter he was training just lost would hear on the way to the locker room, his fighter would say "I know I can do this, I know I can do that to my opponent", Clancy would say "What are you talking about?? You just had him and you didn't do any of that!"

That Donaire was the very same fighter of the year & p4p Donaire thats been on a killing streak. Weve all seen Donaire get bored when his opponents dont come straight towards him. He wasnt rusty or being lazy, he came out strong and fast but he felt Chacal's power and technique and couldnt keep his head together to deal with it.

I think Donaire would do a lot better in a rematch. He would have to do a way better job of cutting off the ring agains't Rigondeaux.

Like that round he dropped Rigondeaux in he was cutting off the ring and he landed his shots.

Rigondeaux is one hell of a fighter and was waiting for his opportunity to fight Donaire and took advantage of it no doubt Rigondeaux had Donaire puzzled in there.

Rigo beat you decisively, champ. Move on, look impressive in a couple few fights, and then talk about a rematch. Until then, let it go, you're just making yourself look worse.
