Well you said it yourself the division isn't exactly stacked. Is that Cleverly's fault? Obviously not. All he can do is beat the guys they put in front of him until he gets a shot at the elite guys.

Like I've already said he's not going around saying he's a world beater.

I get his humility but heres the thing, he holds a world title, yet he isn't a world beater. Hes domestic level.

If you are a world champion, you fight the best you can find, you don't hide in Wales defending against nobodies for 10 years and then come out and fight one good fighter to eclipse all those years of rubbishness. That's the resume of a regional champion.

Still not sure about Cleverly, he doesn't seem to be getting...BETTER! The more and more I see him the less I am coming impressed with him
