How big of a problem is Canelos lack of stamina?

I noticed fairly early , I say after round 5 that Canelo was gassed. I was watching it with friends and family about 20 of us all Canelo fans except me. I said after 5 man he is gassed and all I heard was no he is setting him up. Haha. How big of an issue do you think it is for Canelo? I see it as a major issue for the red head. I think he won 115-114 but this can become a huge issue. I just wanted to get your thoughts on it.
    Speak on it.

I think his coaches will address it. What's more concerning is the pause and confused look he gets when hit with a combo. An elite guy will chew you up when you do that. But, he's shown good conditioning (Mosley) so I'm not worried about that.

Utah I noticed that too. He looked lost at times.

His bad stamina will be a severe physical limitation.

Just like how Khan has a super bad chin, and Paulie has zero power

Nelo reminds me of Cotto in this respect. They need things to be very deliberate and can be slow to react because of it

I thought it was pretty clear in this fight that he had stamina issues. Most of the fighters his age are fighting 4 and 6 rounders though, so I suppose he's ahead of the game with all his 12 round experience at his age. Hopefully he works on his activity level.

He still has a lot of improving to do. Not admiring his own defense so much. Throw some counter when he slips.

I honestly didn't think he was as gassed as people were saying. I never looked at him and said to myself he was fading or tired. Look at Cunningham in rd 6 and 7 vs Fury if you want to see gassed.

It's a problem. What's he going to do when he fights someone like Mayweather??? Imagine him gassing and not fighting hard for any more than 30-45 seconds a round against Floyd, he'll get torn up.

Canelo didn't really look all that great to me, he sets up his shots nicely, he has patience. But too much patience at times, and he gets confused when people unload combo's on him.

Same, I was smiling thinking, "Sly kid is pulling an Arturo Gatti!" Then realized it's just his usual daydreaming look.
