I agree, i just think Canelo is all wrong for Floyd. Don't get me wrong, I would give Floyd the utmost respect for taking the fight, and its definitely the highest payday. That said, I don't like his chances in this fight at all. Too much to overcome from a physical standpoint.

Cotto busting up the chicken's face, Imagine what the ginger can do to the chicken. More younger and fresher, that shoulder will need repair if the gingerboy hits it.
Chicken will have excuses again, mark my word!Comment

Its a great move. Oscar will have Canelo confront him after the fight. The story on May 5 will be if Floyd will accept the challenge.
Why wouldn't Floyd fight him if he is easy work like his fans are saying? If its so easy than there is no excuses as Floyd will make his biggest payday since Oscar....Comment

Canelo needs to pull a mosley and get in the ring once mayweather wins. If i was canelo i would shove or punch mayweather that would add a couple of thousand buys to the fightComment

If Floyd weighed 150 on fight night and Canelo weighed 172, Floyd would weigh 87.2% of what Canelo did. Chambers weighed 82% of what Dimitrenko did when he beat him. Ibragimov weighed 81.5% of what Briggs did when he beat him. Holyfield weighed 80.9% of what Foreman did when he beat him. Chagaev and Haye weighed 71% and 69% of what Valuev did when they beat him. Pacquiao weighed 89.7% of what Margarito did when he ended his career. All these fights were at HW, where there is no weight limit.
Besides, you may have noticed that the higher the weight class, the wider the weight margin. You have 122lbs, 126lbs and 130lbs , and you have 154-160-168.
That's because the weight difference is calculated as a percentage.
For instance, a 100lbs fighting a 150lbs , gives up 50% of his total weight.
A 200lbs fighting a 250lbs only gives up 25% .
How can Canelo be denied a shot at a junior middleweight title on the basis of weight when he came in under the junior middleweight limit? It's like me driving 40 on a road where the speed limit is 60 and then accusing the people driving 55 of speeding.Comment
