I didn't score it, but Trouts did nothing but throw ineffective sloppy punches with no mustard on them. It was very frustrating how he wouldn't sit down on any punches even when it was evident that Canelo was tired. The thing is though, he was scoring points if that's how you score a fight.

Canelo, although his activity was a joke in the later rounds, was landing some huge bombs on Trout and landed punches with meaning. This was also frustrating as he should have let his hands go more and probably would have finished off Trout.

So I guess it's all about how you score a fight and what do you favor. The busy guy with weak punches or the guy barely working but landing the significant punches.

And it was Trout last night. Not by a longshot at all, had him up by a razor close 1 point. But I still had it in Trouts favor. He won most of the rounds they gave to Canelo, I know Canelo was waiting back and landing few power shots towards the end of the rounds, but they were not enough to steal them IMO. I gave the rounds to Trout because of his frequency and he was the one making it a fight. Canelo's was countering with power but they were not really bothering Trout, all except 1 anyway.
Just curious, what were the demographics?

No way Canelo was fighting scared,it's not a secret that he has stamina problems,he was saving it for the next round and so forth.
