No, not at all. A lot of crying fans in here this morning just like I thought/knew there would be. Trout was the one running his mouth al last week about how he was gonna win by KO and if, and only if, Canelo's chin was up to the task, he would win by landslide UD. If the fight was even remotely close, he was gonna "step on the gas" to ensure that the fight would not be taken from him.

Yet, Trout was the one doing the stanky leg and getting up off the canvas last night instead of Canelo. I guess the "hypejob" rides on.

I don't understand what Trout was doing. He knew he needed the last three rounds, but I didn't see him going for the kill at all. He pushed a little more in round 12, but he definitely wasn't going all out like he should have. I lost some respect for him after that.

Hes an Okay fighter. But the level of respect people were hyping him up to be was insane for beating a shot Cotto! Come on...Cotto has done been through Margarito Pacquiao and Mayweather. And got a gift against Clottey.
Trout should have lived up to his word and let it all go in the end. He didnt because he knew Canelo would fight back and land a hell shot to put him out!

I don't see how it hurt the fight. The scoring is what hurt the fight. Not that canelo should have been losing its just the margin was so wide. Had the scores correctly showed it as a close fight after round 8 the open scoring would not have been an issue

It definitely killed the fight because Canelo fought comfortably knowing he was ahead and Trout had to fight more reckless and he's just not that type of fighter. judges were bogus last night. It was definitely a lot closer going into round 9

I think that had a lot to do with the outcome of this fight. Canelo said the Key to this fight is patience. He took his time and had no urgency to use pressure. He was gliding in the comfort zone. And Trout had to fight another fight once he knew he was behind.

Not at all. Trout fans are just bitter because he got outclassed by a guy they thought would get severely outboxed.

It took away from the final round.

Can you find a boxing fan who isn't for Morales-pacquaio I round 12?
