like he put De La Hoya, and Cotto to sleep huh? sounds easier said than done. Floyd looked out of the ordinary in his only middleweight fights. the 1st one; his face got knuckled up. the second he got tagged & blooded by a slow out of prime Cotto. a fight with a 22 year old kid that has just as many fights as he does at 36 would be the final page in his career. unfortunately.

De la hoya and cotto were boxer movers. canelo will get put to sleep by mayweathers counter. no doubt about it son.

props to canelo for showing he can hang with a bigger guy but thats all i saw in there last night, after rewatching, i noticed even more work that trout did, going to the body and landing enough jabs, trout never hurt canelo but that doesnt mean he lost either. if trout had a lil more power he could of dropped canelo or at least kept him more honest. anyways i think floyd will eventually take this fight its too easy of money to pass up

Canelo wants Floyd because he knows Floyd can't hurt him and this would be one fight where I don't think the judges would be too biased in one's favor. I think that is the allure of a superfight (in the right arena with the right jusdges I know far fetched) it's that judges won't be so one-sided. If canelo goes in with this game plan, its over easy money for money may. But if he can ramp up the punches he stands a hell of a chance bc he showed a lot of defensive skill in this fight. TBH I don't think he would win a fight with Floyd though, I think he would get frustrated and pot shot too much. Trout gave up his advantage of accurate counter punching by leading much of the fight with ineffective offense, Floyd would make canelo lead and punish him.

Canelo while he is getting better...His Stamina IS NOT! Mayweather would take Canelo for a Swim and DROWN HIM and get a comfortable decision after surviving strong start from Canelo and letting him tire himself out

You gotta have Stamina to beat Mayweather and he would need to be a lot more active against Mayweather then he was against Trout because a Favorable decision over Mayweather in Las Vegas is going to be just as hard as it was for Trout to win in Texas

Canelo was not exactly the pressure fighter people thought he would be. The fight last night showed his inactivity and vulnerability. And the fight was mostly fought on the outside, which Floyd is good at.
