Fury took the fight lightly. After the knock down he shut up and took time to recover. By round 5 he realised he had to put pressure on which he did. As for illegal pushing, clinches are too. Why ignore people who clinch?

It's funny, I was thinking the same while watching the fight; Fury tried to resemble Vitali in the first couple rounds, dropping his hands, the upright stance, the pumping jab... Then Cunningham caught him flush and Fury resorted to brawling/infighting and just leaning on Cunningham wearing him down. Fury fought a smart fight, whether you like him or not. He has plenty of room to improve in all departments though, if he wants to even fantasize about hanging with the real guys. But it was a good performance, and Fury's still young.

Besides the fact he won, what made it a good performance? He looked like crap against a guy he should have handled much more easily.

I think Pulev will beat Fury though, Pulev is a big guy himself and a BOXER, Fury will be in real trouble and I believe Pulev would stop Fury in all honesty. What are your thoughts on Fury after tonight, how far can he go? Regardless, I'd love to see Fury vs Wladimir, as it would be a great fight for Wlad.
              LOL, you're funny.

Fury is nowhere near ready for Wladimir.

                He's dreadful, with no chin.

Going down against the first good puncher he fights.

After watching Fury tonight, if Wlad fights him anytime soon it should be considered a cherry pick. Even if Fury somehow beat Pulev, without vast improvement he has no shot at all.

Any fighter Wlad chooses is considered cherry picking in this day and age. Wlad is just that great.

Wladimir is among the top 5 greatest heavyweights of all time.
