Atrocious scoring. Absolutely ludicrous. Canelo was simply too inactive in most rounds, not to mention the fact that most of those right hands he threw were missing. Besides that KD, and occasional bursts from Canelo, this was Trout's fight, especially in the second half. Trout did a lot of unappreciated body work too.
I could understand a possible razor thin close score for Canelo. But not those ludicrously wide scorecards. The hilarious thing is people and the media is playing it off as if this was some dramatic breakthrough performance for Canelo. When it's really the opposite. Whether Trout dominated every single round or didn't, he was never going to get a fair shake. Yes, Canelo is a top JMW, but I can't say with a serious straight face that he beat Trout tonight, simply because he didn't. I had it 7-4 with 1 even for Trout. Canelo was laying back and was very lackluster down the stretch and Trout's aggression and high output won him a lot of rounds that judges simply weren't seeing. Fu.cking Jose Sulaiman and GB.Comment

Open-minded, independent is one thing. Being a plain ****** who goes against the grain for the sake of being different and not part of the "sheeple", is another.
Most of those guys are Low IQ fuckwits with a inferiority complex, and are trying to make themselves feel better and smarter by pretending that they know something nobody else knows.
Anyway, I was just making a point by equating the two. I didn't actually expect someone to come in and defend it.Comment

In that fight, Ring Genership belonged to Pacman.
Bradley in that fight, looked exactly like Trout did tonight. Highly ineffective with all eyes on what Canelo is doing, whether it was showing off his defense or throwing and landing the occasional, clean punch.Comment

First off Trout won that fight. Canelo was tired and saving energy from the 5th round on. He did absolutely nothing. Secondly...171! For one he's way too big for Mayweater, thats a 22+ pound weight difference. Floyd has been coming in at 149 basically all his last fights. And worse than that...171 at age 22 means the dude has no options but to move up to 160 soon and he's way too short and small for that weight. Guys in that division are gonna punish him just watchComment

Anyone saying Trout won, tell me what are the memorable moments for Trout in this fight? Because Canelo had the uppercuts everytime Trout came in, he had the knockdown, the right hands, all shook Trout up, he slipped a lot of punches.Comment

lol now your just being a ****head bro
I hate boxing nights like this..we should be in here giving props to both men for giving us a great fight and showing a ton of heart on both sides of the ring. These were two guys willing to fight when others wouldn't risk shhhh..this is why we don't get more of these kind of fights.
i had trout winning rds 1,3,5,8,9,10,11,12 maybe give canelo a extra rd but it was for sure trout to me and those watching with me, no way canelo swept him like the judges had theyll fight again tho im sure, props to canelo for taking the fight and proving he will step up! lets see him take on martinez or GGG evenComment
