Loved it when after the scores were announced after the eight round Paulie stated that the judge that had it scored 80-71 for Canelo should go sit in the bathroom. Because it was obvious that he was going to score every round for Canelo regardless of whar was actually going on in the ring. I personally thought it was a close fight but I still don't understand why any non-Mexican fighter would choose to fight in Texas?

I give it to both fighters because it was a great fight to watch. Honestly, i knew the only way Trout was going to win this fight was with several knockdowns or a knockout. I have a great amount of respect for Canelo and being able to face a tough opponent in Trout. With that said, Canelo will get exposed when Golden Boy makes the wrong move. Flat footed fighters, average footwork, average defense and average stamina/endurance will only get you so far. Like Donaire, he will be exposed.

Compubox is an independent body...and pretty accurrate but by all means you can go count punches yourself if you want and come give us your personal numbers if you'd like.

People refuse to give the kid any credit..I heard all sorts of KO's coming out of this fight from Trouts fans on here..those people aren't here right now. He's a funny old man.

I hate boxing nights like this..we should be in here giving props to both men for giving us a great fight and showing a ton of heart on both sides of the ring. These were two guys willing to fight when others wouldn't risk shhhh..this is why we don't get more of these kind of fights.
