I thought the big numbers for Adamek vs SS might give her some ammo to get a better slot, but no it gets moved to a 1 PM slot instead. Hardly anyone watches TV at that time. It's such an irrelevant timeslot TV ratings sites don't even bother listing it.
The early morning show (I think it was 12 or 1 PM EST) was only for episode #1. The second episode was shown at 8 in primetime I believe, on CBS proper and it got terrible ratings. But really what did they expect? A build up show for a PPV, why would random people watch that.

They made a much bigger investment in Mayweather and they aren't even promoting as well as Top Rank did, and imo that was a huge letdown at the time. This is the least promoted Mayweather fight since v Baldomir.

Seems like a lot of people feel this PPV is going to tank. Can't help but wonder what kind of interest the PPV as a whole would have produced had Trout v. Canelo stayed on the undercard.

People are tired of the same ole, "I got more money than you and I do whatever I want. This fighter ain't ****".

Pretty simple. If you've seen one Floyd pre fight promo, you've seen them all.

Let's see...what other big, news worthy events have occurred this week? One actually occurred Wednesday night. Well, Iole?

          Explosions>Floyd

I'd like to know if there was an overall drop in viewship of "regular" programming (particularly Wednesday) since this was a HEAVY news week.

I miss 24/7 myself but, come on, the statistics/numbers mean nothing without context.

If it does less than 1 million, Floyd will leave Showtime probably.

They're showing it on Wednesday?! No wonder the show is tanking. They should be showing this show on Saturday night. Or they should have been showing this show on the CBS premiere channel. Even Pacquiao's Fight Camp 360 did 1.29 million viewers on regular CBS. Who the hell scheduled this show? Terrible, just terrible. Bunch of noobs working at Showtime.

Floyd made a big mistake leaving HBO. Not only was 24/7 being shown on HBO, it was also being shown on CNN. If he was still with HBO, they'd be promoting the shit out of it on TNT right now. He could have also had an interview with that cunt Piers Morgan.

It's all Liev Schreiber... one of the best narrating voices, showtime's narrator is absolutely horrendous.

I dont buy 64k for a second. The ShoSports page on youtube released All Access show and it gets crasy views. So obviously the fights getting pretty of publicity.

Even if the 2nd episode did only 64k, the 1st episode only did 109k viewers. Showtime is messing up by scheduling the show on a Wednesday when they could be scheduling this show on Saturday nights.

Does Floyd have a clause in his contract where he can leave Showtime anytime he wants???
